To change the voice mail password on your phone, do the following procedure:
1) Press the voice mail button on your phone or dial *97
2) Enter your existing password (default is 1234)
3) You'll then hear options for the voice mail system, press 0 for mail box options.
4) In the mailbox options menu press 5 to change your password.
5) Enter your new password and press #. When prompted enter your new password again and press #
6) Hangup
7) Verify that your password has been changed by pressing the voice mail button or dialing *97
