The Bria soft-phone from Counterpath can be setup to act as a phone on either your laptop/desktop or smartphone. This software can act as a standalone extension or can be linked to a current extension to ring in tandem. To have a Bria soft phone provisioned for you, you'll need to request authorization from support@northwestvoip.com. Once your request has been authorized and email will be sent to you with a link for downloading both the laptop/desktop application and the smartphone application.
Click on the option that's best suites your need. When the file has downloaded please click on it and follow the instructions to install the software on your machine.
Once the software is installed open the application and you should see a login screen
Use the the login credentials that were provided in the previous email to login. Once logged in your phone should be fully provisioned and ready for use.
